It will soon be half-term, 14-18th February, so why not explore the town with our family treasure hunt or take a guided walking tour with one of our knowledgeable guides. Or maybe you would like to hire the tram as a special valentine’s treat?
We are taking our first bride of 2022 to the Crescent on her wedding day later in the year. Ring us directly if you want to privately hire the tram.
On weekends from 26th March, what about a tram tour for the family – a special treat for Mother’s Day on the 27th perhaps followed by lunch or afternoon tea in the beautiful Pavilion Gardens? Book online or phone and we’ll make all the arrangements.
The tram is out the following weekend too – 2nd-3rd April – and then every day from the 9th April onwards. It’s a fabulous way to see the whole town and we are delighted to announce that our prices remain static at £10pp and half price for children. Book online here.
We’ve also got a fine array of guided walks which are bookable throughout the year and different experiences to tempt the historian in you. We’ve even got some new characters to accompany you on your Buxton experience.
Michael, one of our original tram driver guides, will be returning as a tram driver for this season, and Chris, Ali or Netta will be meeting and greeting at our office from the end of March.
We love to work with local businesses and showcase what they can offer too. This means that we can organise some fabulous treats with chocolates from our local chocolatiers or maybe a walking tour followed by delicious Buxton Pudding from the emporium. We can even arrange spa days and treats at the Devonshire Spa. What about walking, eating and talking tours? Oh, and in case I forget, there’s beer from Buxton Brewery.
